DAN-LOC's products routinely undergo rigorous quality testing by means of a variety of surveillance methods: Rockwell and Brinell hardness testing, destructive tensile testing, Charpy impact value testing, chemistry verification using X-ray fluorescence technology, coating thickness verification, and ultrasonic metal integrity testing. DAN-LOC machines, heat treats, and inspects its products on site to ensure they meet both industry standards and customer requirements. Adherence to strict quality assurance procedures governs production, from receipt of raw material through product manufacture to delivery, with full traceability to the country of origin where the steel used was poured into billets.
