Special Coatings

We also can furnish a wide range of special coatings to prevent corrosion. Whether it's cadmium, zinc plating, Teflon and Xylan fluorocarbon or other coatings, all protect our products from conditions and environments that uncoated bolts can't withstand.

Operating Temperatures of Coatings & Plating's:

Cadmium:
- High Temp 608 degrees Fahrenheit
- Low Temperature N/A: Solid below 607 degrees Fahrenheit

Zinc:
- High Temp 788 degrees Fahrenheit
- Low Temperature N/A: Solid below 788 degrees Fahrenheit

Hot Dip Galvanize:
- High Temp 800 degrees Fahrenheit
- Low Temperature N/A: Solid below 800 degrees Fahrenheit

Xylan:
- High Temp: 550 degrees Fahrenheit Continuous; 550 degrees Fahrenheit Intermittent
- Low Temperature: -320 degrees Fahrenheit

Xylar:

Zinc Phosphate:
- Ambient Temperature
