Tom was named President and CEO of DAN-LOC in 2004, and following three years of growth, participated with Laud Collier & Company, LLC in sponsoring the acquisition of DAN-LOC Bolt and Gasket from DL Industries, LP.

Before coming to DAN-LOC, Tom spent 30 years in the oil and gas industry, holding a variety of executive-level positions with manufacturing companies. These positions include:

• President and CEO at Precision Tube Technology, a coiled tubing manufacturer
• Division President at CRC-Evans, a manufacturer of pipeline industry equipment
• Vice President of Manufacturing at Input/Output, a provider of geophysical equipment to seismic contractors
• Various Plant Directorships at Halliburton/Otis Engineering

Tom is a 1972 graduate of The University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX.

Having joined DAN-LOC in 2008, Jeffs responsibilities include management of all accounting and administrative functional areas, as well as developing effective partnerships with outside attorneys, insurance brokers, auditors and bankers. He has extensive experience selecting, implementing and driving continuous improvement of financial software systems.

Previously, Jeff served as Chief Financial Officer for TMD Temporaries in Houston - a $40 million light industrial and clerical staffing firm. At TMD, he led all financial, IT and risk management functions.

Before his tenure at TMD, Jeff worked for Service Corporation International (Houston), a Fortune 500 Service Company, for a decade. Positions he held at SCI included Real Estate, Director of Real Estate/Finance, Vice President of Information Services and Managing Director of Operations.

A major part of the DAN-LOC management team since 2002, Jim serves as our Vice President of Sales. His responsibilities include directing the activities of both the Inside and Outside Sales groups to support our existing customers and develop new business opportunities. Jim also coordinates the companys advertising and marketing activities, which include print media, direct mail, e-mail campaigns, and new products and markets.

In his career before joining DAN-LOC, Jim worked for 20 years with Century Papers/National Sanitary Supply in a variety of positions. His roles with Century - a $250 million national wholesale distribution company which sells industrial papers and industrial and commercial sanitary suppliesÑincluded sales management, branch management and corporate marketing. Jim also worked for two years as VP of Sales for American Sanitary Supply in North Carolina.

A native Houstonian, Jim earned a BBA degree from Southwest Texas State University (now known as Texas State University-San Marcos). At college, he served as president of the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity.

Jim also spends time as an active volunteer for the Downtown YMCA in Houston. He has served as a board member for 10 years, and on the executive committee for seven years.

Since joining DAN-LOC in 2004, Larry has focused on revitalizing the companys production capabilities through machinery rehabilitation, adopting new technologies and the identification and development of innovation opportunities.

With more than 25 years of experience in the oil and gas equipment manufacturing industry, he brings highly advanced manufacturing management skills and is DAN-LOCs chief proponent for lean manufacturing.

Before joining DAN-LOC, Larry rose through the ranks at Bowen Tools, Inc. to the position of Executive Vice President of Manufacturing. During his tenure at Bowen, he was a major contributor to the companys expansive U.S. and international business growth - highlighted by the installation of new manufacturing plants in Edmonton, Alberta and Toluca, Mexico.

After his tenure at Bowen, Larry spent two years with Cooper Manufacturing, a domestic drilling rig manufacturer. He also served as president of Big Three Services, Inc., a private start-up manufacturing company.

Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Houston, Larry also completed Rice Universitys abbreviated MBA program. He is a member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence and the National Oil-Equipment Manufacturers and Delegates Society (NOMADS).

As Director of IT, Matt manages the information systems and telecommunications operations for all three DAN-LOC locations - Houston, Gardena (CA) and Piqua (OH).

Matt began his career with Anderson-Clayton Corporation as head of internal audit of the Gulf Atlantic division. He conducted the successful investigation and negotiation of a $1 million claim from a major U.S. food company, resulting in a $20K settlement - which was a tremendous business accomplishment for his client.

Sensing growth opportunities in information technology, Matt shifted his career focus to information technology to draw on his accounting expertise. After making the successful transition, he co-authored one of the first automatic credit point scoring systems. It was used by a Houston credit bureau to process credit cards for Shell, Texaco and Fingerhut.

Matt also designed and published a complete General Ledger, Retail Point-of-Sale, and Warehousing software package used by more than 100 auto parts stores in Texas and Louisiana. He also co-designed and developed a total valve tracking system utilized in the petrochemical industry for OSHA and EPA compliance reporting.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Houston.

For nearly a decade, Raymond has worked in every facet of human resources. He joined DAN-LOC in 2006, and currently handles a variety of duties including: human resources, recruiting, payroll, safety, customer satisfaction, training/counseling and administrative management.

Prior to joining DAN-LOC, Raymond served in the United States Army as a Human Resources Specialist. He served a tour in southwest Asia in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Raymond attended San Jacinto Community College South and Concordia Lutheran University, both in Houston. He is a Notary Public, and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Houston Human Resource Management Association.

Jimmy joined DAN-LOC in 1995 as a CNC operator, and was quickly promoted to Purchasing. He also served as an Internal Auditor for the company. While working his way through the Purchasing ranks, Jimmy was instrumental in establishing Purchasing procedures that reflect ISO requirements - enabling DAN-LOC to earn ISO certification.

He was promoted to Purchasing Manager in 2009, and is currently responsible for $12 million in purchases for DAN-LOC.

Jimmy served in the United States Marine Corp from 1991 to 1995, as well as a year as a reserve (1997-1998). After completing Boot Camp and Marine Combat Training, he graduated from the Marine Corps Supply Logistics School. In less than two years, Jimmy entered the NCO ranks.

While enlisted, he also graduated from Noncommissioned Officers School and completed Total Quality Leadership training. In addition, Jimmy attended Park College (Camp Pendleton), Central Texas College (Camp Pendleton), and the University of Maryland College (Okinawa).

Brent joined DAN-LOC in 2005 as manager of Houstons manufacturing operations. His manufacturing career spans more than three decades and includes extensive knowledge of production machinery, maintenance techniques, and manufacturing methods. Brent gained the bulk of his experience at Bowen Tools, Inc.; IRI Inc.; and National Oilwell, Inc. where he served in a range of positions from Maintenance Superintendent to Product Line Scheduler to Production Superintendent. Brent also accumulated insightful management experience from his ownership and successful operation of a custom machining and repair company in Pearland, Texas.
