QUALITY ASSURANCE

Because quality is reputation, DAN-LOC takes many steps To assure the product meets all  customer specifications. From the time the raw material is selected to the time it’s unpacked and ready to assemble.

 

For best performance all our bolts are tested and re-tested using tensile and Charpy testing, chemical analysis and electro-magnetic measurement. They are heat-treated and tempered on site, and inspected to guarantee they meet industry and customer specifications in addition to our own exacting company quality standards.

PACKAGED RIGHT

DAN - LOC bolts are delivered in the right size, with over 2,000 items already packed in their own high-strength banded box.  Each box is individually tagged with our internally issued heat code linking traceability to both the original mill test report and to material test reports recorded in our own testing lab.
